Xt Operator

Description:

Vishay Intertechnology, a global leader in discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components essential to automotive, industrial, computing, telecommunications, aerospace, and medical sectors, is seeking an XT Operator to join its manufacturing team in Bennington, Vermont. This position plays a vital role in supporting the production of components that power some of the world’s most in-demand technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing production processes according to specified procedures and quality standards.

• Preparing wafers, components, and semi-products while monitoring hand-stock.

• Performing machine-related setup and simple parametrization based on work orders.

• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and external service providers for repairs.

• Monitoring and checking assigned processes to ensure adherence to production plans and quality compliance.

• Continuously inspecting product quality and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal work instructions.

This role requires access to information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and is therefore restricted to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” under U.S. federal law.
