KVHP FOX 29 and SWLA ABC is seeking a full-time experienced Account Executive to develop new business and maintain some existing accounts. We are seeking an individual that is passionate and enthusiastic about selling multiplatform advertising solutions to existing clients and developing new clients through aggressive and consistent business development. They must have a proven track record of negotiating transactional business with local/regional agencies and developing new business in broadcast and digital sales. Some travel required.

Requirements include proficient negotiation skills, ability to develop new business, an in-depth understanding of digital platforms, and being solution oriented with customer focused selling. This individual must be passionate, highly motivated, extremely organized, detail oriented and possess a solid work ethic while hitting the ground running. Other duties include processing and confirming orders, monitoring production of commercial needs for clients, resolving discrepancies, monitoring collections, developing special sales opportunities for clients, and negotiating schedule rates based on knowledge of station's products and inventory. This individual will also prepare reports of business transactions, keep expense reports, and navigate and execute all sales tools, apps and software. Professional appearance and positive demeanor are a must.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Prepares reports of business transactions, sales activity and expense reports

• Responsible for superior customer relationship management and serve as a primary point of contact for active accounts and new business

• Identify and connect to maintain a full pipeline of qualified prospects

• Lead with insights and engage prospects in business conversations

• Uncover desired business results for each prospect and client

• Discuss expectations and measurement and ensure the proposed solution will deliver ROI

• Accountable for learning and selling fully integrated advertising solutions utilizing our full suite of broadcast and digital products

• Responsible to meet and exceed all sales goals

• Increase revenue through a balance of new business development and up-selling of current clients

• Process and confirm orders, resolve discrepancies, credit collections and production-based company policy

• Cold call on a daily basis to generate new business both via phone and face to face

• Develop power point sales presentations with Sales Manager for prospective clients that meet their marketing needs

• Provide client with post broadcast and digital campaign analysis and collaborate with SM and DSS

• Work with Digital Sales Specialist to sell station digital products

• Work closely with SM and Creative Services as liaison to ensure effective communication for all parties with commercial production and client promotions

• Manage time and be able to handle complex work

• Maintain consistent self-motivation

• Manage, organize, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
