With a focus on the top CPA firms in the country as key channel partners, the Director of Business Development will be responsible and accountable for achieving their sales quotas/targets, meeting activity and business development metrics, and collaborating across the organization to fuel the success.

What You Will Be Doing
 

  • Consultative selling model and strong prospecting motor selling through a combination of channel partners
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop new clients and referral sources within the assigned territory
  • Educate CPAs, business owners, and C-level executives
  • Effectively enter and manage CRM (e.g., Salesforce) data to ensure proper business management
  • Forecast expected business results on a monthly basis
