Join Siemens Healthineers in the role of Account Executive, focusing on selling Diagnostic Imaging products into hospitals, imaging centers, radiation oncology, etc. This is a field-based position where you will serve as the primary contact for customers as they explore acquiring Siemens Medical Solutions products and services. Achieve business objectives within the assigned territory by increasing product penetration.
Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet business goals and budgets.
Cultivate long-term relationships with key management in customer organizations.
Provide current market intelligence to decision-makers within each account.
Assist management in developing sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and operating plans.
Lead territory team reviews and adjust plans based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
BS/BA in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3+ years of experience in capital equipment sales to hospitals and/or imaging centers or equivalent clinical/technical experience.
Experience with large quotas and long sales cycles, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
Ability to travel approximately 75%.
Experience specifically selling diagnostic imaging equipment.
5+ years of experience in a sales role within the healthcare field is preferred.
Professional sales training (e.g., SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.).
