The company is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join its team. This full-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the tech or IT services industry.
As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in the organization’s expansion efforts, handling the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. Your key responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying business challenges, proposing tailored software solutions, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
You will be responsible for managing both outbound and inbound leads, conducting detailed discovery meetings, crafting compelling proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts that align with the company’s objectives. In addition, you will maintain detailed records of all sales activities within CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the capacity to understand and articulate technical concepts are essential. Familiarity with solution-based selling is a significant plus.
