SiteOne Landscape Supply, the largest national distributor of landscaping products across the United States and Canada, is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive I with nursery experience to join its Cincinnati, Ohio team. In this role, the Account Executive will manage a portfolio of high-volume key customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact to drive sales growth through relationship building, consultative selling, and proactive account management. Responsibilities include handling daily orders, bids, and deliveries, creating customer profiles, processing bids and quotes, coordinating delivery logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal branch teams. The role also requires making presentations to customers, identifying needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of nursery experience and preferably hold a degree in Horticulture or a related field. Strong relationship-building skills, quick decision-making ability, and sales experience—particularly within the landscaping, nursery, or horticultural industries—are highly valued. A degree in Business/Management or equivalent experience is a plus, while a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
