Cyber Coders, a leading name in talent solutions, is representing a complete assistance EMS service provider specializing in low-to-mid-volume, high-mix initiatives in the electronics and manufacturing industry. Their offerings cover the full lifecycle of product support including BoM review and analysis, test development, assembly and testing of printed circuit boards, box-build assembly, DFM/DFT and engineering, DFSC (design for supply chain), as well as custom material solutions such as metal fabrication, silicone compression molding, plastic injection molding, membrane switches, keypads, touch screens, and PCB manufacturing.

They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive with proven experience in the electronics and PCBA industry to manage client relationships, grow accounts, and drive new business opportunities. This remote position offers an attractive salary, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand strong long-term client relationships in the electronics and manufacturing sectors.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.

  • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.

  • Negotiate agreements and contracts that balance profitability with client satisfaction.

  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in manufacturing or electronics, ideally with knowledge of PCBA, SMT, and box builds.

  • Strong technical understanding of PCBA processes and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
