As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth, identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with digital health, revenue cycle management (RCM), and electronic medical record (EHR) companies. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment while helping healthcare organizations modernize their operations.
Identify and engage new opportunities across digital health, RCM, and EHR/EMR sectors.
Develop trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, including product, finance, engineering, and revenue cycle leaders.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closure, consistently exceeding targets.
Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate compelling business cases for Stedi’s solutions.
Collaborate with product specialists and sales engineers to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records in HubSpot CRM to ensure operational excellence.
Partner closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Act as a brand ambassador for Stedi, communicating the value and impact of the company’s products with clarity and passion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within healthcare technology or services.
Proven success selling into healthcare organizations, including digital health providers, EMR/EHR vendors, and RCM companies.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex deal cycles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and executive audiences.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Deep understanding of healthcare data systems and interoperability challenges.
Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise software integrations.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
High sense of ownership with a “get it done” mentality.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
Annual OTE: USD 200000 – 230000 (includes base salary and commissions).
