Pursuit, on behalf of a leading fintech innovator in the peer-to-peer lending space, is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive based in Dallas, TX. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by acquiring new enterprise clients, building and maintaining strategic relationships, and promoting the organization’s cutting-edge financial technology solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Identify and engage high-value enterprise prospects within the fintech and payments ecosystem.
Present and promote innovative peer-to-peer lending solutions to financial leaders, including CFOs and heads of finance or payments.
Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and account management.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Minimum 5+ years of direct enterprise sales experience within fintech or payment solutions.
Proven success in selling to C-suite executives, particularly CFOs, heads of finance, or heads of payments.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships.
Must reside in Dallas or surrounding areas to support hybrid collaboration.
Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.
Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200K–$250K.
