We are a well-established Texas-based staffing firm that specializes in light industrial, warehouse, sanitation, manufacturing, construction, distribution, logistics 3PL, fulfillment centers, hospitality, and much more. We are currently looking for an Account Relationship Manager to start immediately. We offer a solid base salary and above-industry-standard commissions. If you have 5+ years of experience in light industrial staffing sales or a current book of business, we will offer you a sign-on bonus. You will have the opportunity to make well over $10,000 per month. There are no territorial boundaries when making a sale. We have 7 offices across Texas (DFW, Houston, and San Antonio). Responsibilities and Duties:

-Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, professional social media, scheduling appointments, and building relationships.

-Must be a great team player.

-Preparing proposals Bids and presentations.

-Providing the highest level of customer service through customizing staffing solutions by incorporating client needs.

-Participating in networking events and organizations.

-Monday to Friday workday week

Qualifications and skill requirements:

-Experience in outside face-to-face sales, business-to-business sales.

-Excellent communication, and organizational skills.

-Proficient in MS Word and Excel Expert writing skills.
