Accounting Manager

Description:

Accounting Manager – Manufacturing | Onsite | Full-Time

We’re seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager with strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience to support plant-level financial operations. This role partners closely with the Plant Manager and operates independently, with executive leadership based out of state.

Must Haves:

• 5–10 years of total accounting/finance experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Strong cost accounting background
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Comfortable supporting plant operations and cross-functional teams

Key Focus Areas:

• Plant-level FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
• Cost accounting and manufacturing variance analysis
• Inventory oversight and audit support
• Operational efficiency & continuous improvement initiatives
• Financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/year-end)
• Collaboration with operations, supply chain, and engineering
