Aerospace Business Development Manager

This position is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible for new business capture and customer interface for current/future business opportunities, supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives through sales and service of Aerospace & Aero-Defense products in North America. The manager will report to the Director of Marketing & Business Development in Bellevue, WA. The manager is expected to seek out and win orders, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets with the support of management.

• The manager's primary responsibility will be maintaining and expanding business with current clients through accomplishing the following:
• Managing project timelines with internal European supply teams.
• Managing customer stakeholder expectations and maintaining a positive relationship utilizing clear consistent communication.
• Creating new business capture and customer interface for current/future business opportunities, supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives through sales and service of Aerospace & Aero-Defense products in North America.
• Seeking out and win orders, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets with the support of management. *(Required Skills)* ****Applicants must be residing local to Bellevue, WA as this position is 100% onsite****
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in capturing new business in those related products.
• Knowledge of Aerospace supply chain and manufacturing environment in a 'Operational' point-of-view and a bit of sales experience with comfortability speaking and presenting to C-Suites.
• Aerospace engineering knowledge is a huge plus.
