J Ellington Publishing LLC, in collaboration with Voice Up, a global grassroots initiative founded in November 2024, is launching the AI Make the Difference Internship Incubator. This remote internship invites passionate individuals to be part of an innovative media network focused on mental and behavioral health advocacy, especially in communities of color. With presence in over 1,075 cities across 49 countries, Voice Up is creating waves in global mental health awareness.

This internship is part of the Make the Difference Network, a 24/7/365 digital media initiative designed to elevate personal and community stories, expert insights, and culturally relevant discussions on mental health. Participants will work within one of three content creation tracks based on their passion and goals:

Internship Tracks:

1. Sports Journalism for Mental Health Awareness – Help athletes share their journeys, highlight wellness initiatives, and explore mental health in sports.

2. Entrepreneurship and Small Business Leadership – Showcase how mental wellness drives business success and resilience among entrepreneurs.

3. Faith Leadership and Community Wellness – Address mental health through spiritual care, faith-based initiatives, and uplifting content grounded in love and forgiveness.

General Responsibilities:

• Interview key figures and community members within your track

• Write articles and produce multimedia content

• Collaborate with peers and mentors

• Attend weekly virtual coaching and Saturday practice sessions

• Propose innovative ideas to grow outreach and impact

Qualifications:

• Deep passion for your chosen focus area and mental health

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Reliable, collaborative, empathetic, and consistent

• Committed to core values: collaboration, humility, precision, patience, empathy

Structure:

• Weekly 10–15 minute check-in calls with your coach

• One-hour Saturday practice sessions (flexible slots for time zones)

• Real-time mentorship and collaborative project work

• Opportunities for your work to be featured on the Make the Difference Network
