Ai/ml Engineer

Description:

Innova Solutions is hiring AI/ML Engineers for full-time or contract positions (12+ months) across multiple locations: Des Moines, IA; Phoenix/Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work on the development and implementation of autonomous frameworks, integrate Generative AI capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and scale AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Development: Develop agentic frameworks for autonomous problem-solving and task execution.

• Generative AI Integration: Incorporate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.

• Research & Development: Conduct R&D on emerging AI/ML techniques and algorithms.

• Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to deploy AI solutions and scale them.

• AI Best Practices: Contribute to the establishment of best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.

• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest advancements in Agentic AI and GenAI technologies.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (and optionally R), with deep knowledge of AI/ML libraries and frameworks.

• Experience: Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools like AutoGen, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.

• Programming Skills: Experience with Java and/or SAS.

• Generative AI Models: Familiarity with models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, team collaboration skills.

• Additional Skills: Experience with Copilot and building custom solutions.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $65–75 per hour, based on experience and location.
