🔹 Must-Have Skills & Experience:
✅ 10+ years of Front Office Application Support and Vendor Management
✅ 8+ years of Commodity Trading, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking experience
✅ 8+ years of FIX Engineering experience
✅ Strong understanding of the Exchange-Traded Derivatives lifecycle
✅ Hands-on experience with C#, PowerShell, and Python
✅ Trade Finance experience
✅ Production support, troubleshooting, incident response, and monitoring
✅ Strong vendor management skills
🔹 Preferred Technical Experience:
FIX protocols and exchange/vendor certification
Market data platforms: Bloomberg, Refinitiv
EMS/OMS platforms: TT, NYFIX, TradingScreen
TCP, multicast, RTDS, kdb, or Shakti
Algorithmic trading systems and global derivatives trading environments
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Maintain stability and resilience across critical trading workflows.
Troubleshoot production issues across development, support, and business teams.
Support trading systems and algorithmic trading technology.
Participate in global on-call rotations and incident response.
Improve monitoring, reliability, and production performance.
