EY, a global leader in assurance, consulting, and strategy services, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer Senior to join its FSO (Financial Services Office) Labs team. This team focuses on developing advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics to enhance audit efficiency, quality, and client service delivery for the financial services sector.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-enabled applications, integrating cutting-edge technologies to solve complex challenges, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement secure, scalable, and business-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate AI technologies to improve audit service delivery and address client challenges.

• Design and implement user-centered applications that merge business insights with advanced technology.

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes including analysis, planning, design, testing, and deployment.

• Assess and apply enterprise integration design patterns, microservices, and API-based solutions.

• Create and optimize data structures for efficient storage and retrieval.

• Evaluate emerging AI, automation, and cloud technologies, particularly within Azure cloud services.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to implement innovative and secure web and data solutions.

Skills & Attributes for Success:

• Strong expertise in Python and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud deployment and integration.

• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with big-data solutions (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and data visualization tools (Power BI).

• Strong problem-solving skills and an agile, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for AI and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development and integration (less may be considered for exceptional candidates).

• At least 2 years of development experience using Python and front-end technologies.

• Knowledge of AI/ML integration, secure web application development, and enterprise systems design.

• Ability to travel and work beyond standard hours when required.

• Driver’s license strongly recommended for client site travel.
