Architect Or Architectural Draftsperson

This full-time position is perfect for an Architect or Architectural Draftsperson who is passionate about transforming residential spaces into beautiful, functional homes. You'll work closely with designers and production teams, helping to lead projects from conceptualization to completion.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create detailed construction drawings and permit sets.

• Modify plans based on client feedback and field conditions.

• Collaborate with design consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Use Chief Architect software for drafting and visualization of design plans.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar CAD software.

• Strong understanding of residential building codes and construction methods.

• Previous experience in both residential remodels and new construction projects.

• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.

• A degree in Architecture/Drafting is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in interior space planning.

• Expertise in 3D rendering and visualization.

• Familiarity with permitting processes.
