**SENIOR ARCHITECT (AVIATION) - NEW YORK 
The Crowd is partnering with a leading, high-profile global design practice that are looking for a SENIOR ARCHITECT to join its NYC team, working on major aviation and airport projects. The studio is known for delivering ambitious, technically complex large-scale projects that bring together design innovation and sustainability.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to significant airport developments, with involvement spanning early concept design, planning, technical development, and construction. The role will include taking ownership of an entire project or leading a key package within a larger multidisciplinary team, depending on the size of project, working closely with project leadership, consultants, and external design partners. Strong skills in working in Schematic Design through to Design Development phases, with technical understanding and Construction Administration experience are essential.

The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual design skills with the technical understanding and leadership required to deliver complex projects. Aviation experience is highly desirable, particularly across airport terminals and associated facilities. A genuine interest in sustainable design, collaborative working, and mentoring junior team members is important, as well as previous experience managing multiple projects.
