Solutions Architect

What You’ll Do

• Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, helping design and implement solutions that align with their business needs
• Lead architecture and technical discussions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and systems
• Design and deliver scalable, secure technology solutions across a range of client environments
• Work closely with Systems Engineers, Project Managers, Service Delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, from technical teams through to senior leadership
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, documentation, and implementation planning
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide guidance on best practices
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve client environments

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in an MSP or other client-facing technology environment
• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, Senior Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, or similar
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience designing and implementing solutions across complex client environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A consultative, client-focused approach with the ability to take ownership of technical solutions from discovery through to delivery
