Our client a leading firm in the architectural design and planning industry is seeking two experienced and dynamic professionals to join our team as Architects or Architectural Designers. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled individuals passionate about shaping the future of urban landscapes through innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee technical drawings across all phases of project development (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration).
- Work primarily on large-scale transportation projects, including collaborations with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), among others.
- Contribute to a diverse range of projects beyond transportation, including correctional facilities, behavioral health centers, medical facilities, and civil buildings. Please note that we do not engage in residential projects.
Qualifications:
- A professional degree in Architecture, with licensure as an Architect preferred.
- 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in MicroStation and Revit is essential.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in technical drawing and architectural design across various project phases.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to excellence and continuous development in the field of architecture.
