Description:
Panda Express is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join its store leadership team as an Assistant Manager. In this dynamic role, you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of a single restaurant location, working closely with associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives. Panda provides extensive leadership training and ongoing support to help you grow both professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the operations of one store, including hiring and leading team members
Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
Achieve financial goals through operational efficiency and team performance
Maintain compliance with food safety standards and internal policies
Participate in a 3-week or more leadership training program
Uphold Panda’s values and contribute to a strong team culture
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Flexibility to work at stores within a 50-mile radius
Serve Safe food safety certification
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong communication skills and ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and working in hot, noisy kitchens
