Assistant Manager

Description:

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join the store management team in Plover, WI. This role involves assisting with the overall operation of a single Panda Express store, including managing associates, achieving financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The Assistant Manager will also participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to ensure readiness for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including hiring, training, and directing associates.

• Ensure store meets financial goals and delivers excellent guest service.

• Participate in ongoing career and leadership development, including hands-on paid training.

• Support team members in achieving performance and operational standards.

• Maintain food safety and operational standards, including Serve Safe certification compliance.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.

• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

• Serve Safe certification for food safety.

• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in fast-paced environments.
