Assistant Managing Partner

 

Description:

The Assistant to the Managing Partner will support the Managing Partner’s in all day-to-day activities required in the operation of the business. These will primarily include research, marketing and client service support. Specifically daily responsibilities will include managing a dynamic schedule, ensuring information is shared efficiently, scheduling meetings with top relationships, coordinating travel, preparing internal materials for meetings, preparing email correspondence and answering and directing calls.

All Candidates Should Have

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

Coordination, Scheduling and Timely Execution

  • Scheduling all internal/external meetings for Managing Partner.
  • Ensuring internal and external clients receive timely, quality service.
  • Coordinating travel for Managing Partner.
  • Responsible for phones, email and messages with efficient information flow to Managing Partner and team.

General Administrative Support

  • Preparing internal reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
