The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 8 years of dedicated experience handling comprehensive estate planning, gift tax, generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax, and trust and estate administration for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. You will advise on the design and execution of advanced wealth transfer strategies, including but not limited to:

• GRATs, IDGTs, SLATs, QPRTs, and charitable trusts

• Complex multigenerational tax planning

• Business succession planning and family office structuring

• Coordination with fiduciaries, accountants, and investment advisors to ensure tax efficiency and compliance

• Drafting and implementing intricate trust instruments and legal documentation

In addition, this position involves ongoing collaboration with partners and clients on sophisticated estate and income tax matters, often involving cross-border planning and multi-jurisdictional assets. Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language to high-net-worth clients are critical for success in this role.
