As a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney, you will independently manage your caseload and handle all phases of workers’ compensation litigation—from discovery and depositions to hearings and settlements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate workers’ compensation defense cases from inception to resolution.

• Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlements with strong attention to detail and compliance.

• Maintain close communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel to ensure effective case strategy.

• Develop and implement efficient case strategies that align with client goals and firm standards.

• Represent clients before administrative law judges and state agencies in workers’ compensation proceedings.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all case-related activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in workers’ compensation defense.

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

• Strong litigation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to handle a caseload independently while maintaining collaborative teamwork.
