New York law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join its corporate trust and financial institutions practice.

🏠 Schedule: Hybrid
⚖️ Experience: 3+ years of relevant transactional experience

You’ll work on sophisticated financing transactions, collaborate closely with partners, and have direct contact with institutional clients. The role includes drafting and negotiating deal documents, coordinating closings, and handling amendments and supplemental agreements.

Your background doesn’t have to be exclusively corporate trust. If you have experience in securities, debt finance, structured finance, banking, capital markets, or a related transactional practice, I’d love to connect.
