Associate Attorney

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience defending clients in a variety of insurance-related matters, including personal injury, property damage, and coverage disputes. You will manage your own caseload, work closely with senior attorneys, and develop strategic defenses tailored to each client's needs.

Responsibilities:
-Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, from initial investigation through trial and settlement.
-Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
-Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed.
-Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
-Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates.

Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor (JD)
-Licensed to practice in Texas.
-3+ years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation.
-Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
