🛡️ The Role

• Handle employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions and hearing preparation.

• Advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues, compliance and employment risk management.

• Conduct workplace investigations and assist with internal employment matters.

• Counsel clients on wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, leave management and other employment law issues.

• Work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated employment disputes and strategic advisory matters.

• Build long-term client relationships while developing into a trusted employment law advisor.

⚖️ About You

Must Have

• 1+ years' experience in employment law.

• Active Texas Bar admission in good standing.

• Strong legal writing, analytical and communication skills.

• Client-service mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Long-term growth mindset and desire to develop your career within an established Texas practice.
