Associate Attorney

Description:

DeBee, Clark & Weber, PLLC is seeking a full-time attorney with a minimum of one (1) years' experience to join our comprehensive estate planning and business transactions practice area. Experience with estate planning, probates, trust administration, business formation, tax law, and business transactions is required. Prior experience or training client development and management, supervising associate attorneys and/or legal assistants, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based client management software are preferred. Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients
• Work with other members of tbe estate planning team and firm
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare and review documents necessary for client objectives

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• minmum three yeara experience in estate planning and busienss transactions
• Current Oklahoma Bar License
