What You'll Actually Do:

🔹 Run fund accounting and manage capital activity (calls, distributions, liquidity)

🔹 Support valuations (ASC 820), IRR/MOIC/TVPI reporting, and portfolio metrics

🔹 Coordinate investment closings and track KPIs

🔹 Liaise with fund admin, auditors, and tax teams

🔹 Build systems and reporting tools to scale the platform

Who We’re Looking For:

🎯 You’re in Big 4 audit (or just exited) with PE/VC/hedge fund clients

🎯 CPA complete or in progress

🎯 Hungry to get out of public and into a lean, fast-moving platform - No ego

🎯 Comfortable working across multiple funds, founders, and priorities

🎯 You want more than reconciliations — you want ownership, ops, and strategy
