Associate Organizer

 

Description:

This is a part-time, W2 role for an Associate Organizer, roughly 5–25 hours per week, with most projects within 15 miles of Boston. The Associate Organizer works alongside a Lead Organizer in client homes — collaborating directly with clients to declutter, categorize, and build storage systems that fit the way they live. The role also includes move management work (packing, unpacking, and setting up new homes), along with maintaining organizing supplies, supporting light home styling, and making sure clients have a great experience start to finish.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills — able to keep projects moving, create order, and hit deadlines
  • Warm, professional communication skills — someone clients are genuinely glad to have in their home
  • Detail-oriented and creative — thinks through functional, sustainable, and visually appealing systems
  • Physical stamina to handle packing, lifting, and moving items of various sizes and weights
  • Collaborative and adaptable — works well on a team and rolls with shifting client needs
  • Discretion and confidentiality when working in clients' personal spaces
  • Background in education, operations, project management, hospitality, or a similar detail-oriented field preferred
  • Experience in interior design, space planning, or professional organization is a plus — but not required. We'll train you.
