With a collaborative team approach, state-of-the-art facilities including ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and a 5.5:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, you’ll be empowered to practice exceptional medicine while focusing on what you love—case management, surgery and high-level dentistry. The clinic runs 13 modern exam rooms, including a feline-only space, and is staffed by highly trained technicians and assistants, allowing doctors to focus on clinical work, not technical tasks. Key Highlights:

• General Practice & Advanced Care: you’ll focus on internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and advanced dentistry
• Modern Facility including 13 contemporary exam rooms (including feline-only space), two treatment rooms, dedicated surgery suite, dental area, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and laparoscopy & so much more! Four-day workweek with rotating shifts and semi-set schedules
• Each DVM supported by two assistants, 12 registered technicians, receptionists, and ward assistants; nurses are on hand to help with hospitalized patients

About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Hold an Indiana State License or have the ability to obtain one
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in small animal practice
• Experience in fast-paced or ER background is desirable
• Passionate about progressive, high-quality medicine
• Comfortable or eager to further develop skills in surgery and dentistry.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding client communication
