Product Management Director

Elevance Health is actively seeking a Product Management Director – Decision Support to lead the strategy, development, and execution of a key product line within CareBridge Health, part of Elevance's Carelon business. This high-impact leadership role is essential for shaping product direction while executing on deliverables that enhance healthcare accessibility and improve outcomes for individuals in home and community-based settings.

As Product Management Director, you will define and communicate the product vision, lead planning and execution, collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, operations, and analytics teams, and ensure the success of your product line in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational rigor and a passion for healthcare transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive customer value and business growth.

• Lead product development from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and optimize data integration strategies to enhance product performance and operational efficiency.

• Conduct market research, user feedback sessions, and beta programs to inform product features and design.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, timely product releases.

• Proactively manage project risks, trade-offs, and quality.

• Mentor and guide other product managers while fostering alignment across engineering, operations, and clinical teams.

• Deliver executive-level presentations on product direction and performance metrics.

• Maintain strong execution discipline and continuously improve product reliability and impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant field including at least 3 years in solutions or product management.

• Strong understanding of healthcare data and value-based care.

• Exposure to Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) highly preferred.

• Solid technical foundation with strong communication skills, ideally with knowledge of engineering or analytics.

• Project management experience and proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL preferred.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional alignment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $119280 to $204480 annually
