Cyber Coders is actively seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join its legal team in New York, NY. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with strong recent experience in mergers and acquisitions who can provide strategic legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the full lifecycle of complex M&A transactions. The company is hiring for several levels within this role, making it suitable for mid-level to senior legal professionals with at least 5 years of experience.

As part of the legal team, you will be expected to advise clients on all aspects of M&A, from initial discussions to closing. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive due diligence, preparing and reviewing transaction documents such as purchase agreements and NDAs, ensuring adherence to securities laws and regulatory guidelines, and performing legal research on corporate law matters. The role also involves collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive successful deal execution.

Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, and possess excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This is a full-time, on-site (hybrid flexibility possible) position located in New York City. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
