CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Non-Profit Audit Senior for a fully remote opportunity with a highly reputable CPA firm based in New York City. The firm, operating successfully for over 70 years, provides a full suite of financial services including tax planning, compliance, and auditing, with a specialized focus on not-for-profit clients, private foundations, arts institutions, the entertainment sector, and real estate entities.

This is a leadership-oriented role ideal for professionals who have a strong background in nonprofit audits and are looking to join a firm with a clear path to partnership. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and flexible remote environment with team members across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead nonprofit audit engagements from planning through completion.

• Supervise audit teams, ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines.

• Provide insight and recommendations to clients regarding financial statements and compliance issues.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory updates in nonprofit accounting.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across a diverse nonprofit portfolio.

• Collaborate with partners and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience.

• At least 5 years of specialized experience in nonprofit auditing.

• Active CPA license is required.

• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.
