Description:
This role is responsible for performing high-quality repairs and inspections on pre-owned vehicles and preparing new vehicles for delivery
- Perform multi-point inspections and mechanical repairs on used vehicles to meet reconditioning standards
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and ensure new vehicles are prepared to manufacturer and dealership specifications
- Light diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Replace or repair worn parts such as brakes, tires, suspension components, and fluids
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and documented in the vehicle reconditioning system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Collaborate with service advisors and foreman to ensure timely completion of vehicles
- Stay current with automotive technology and participate in ongoing training
What are we looking for?
- ASE certification or manufacturer training is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo and pass our background requirements
