Automotive Technician

 

Description:


This role is responsible for performing high-quality repairs and inspections on pre-owned vehicles and preparing new vehicles for delivery
 

  • Perform multi-point inspections and mechanical repairs on used vehicles to meet reconditioning standards
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and ensure new vehicles are prepared to manufacturer and dealership specifications
  • Light diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Replace or repair worn parts such as brakes, tires, suspension components, and fluids
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and documented in the vehicle reconditioning system
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
  • Collaborate with service advisors and foreman to ensure timely completion of vehicles
  • Stay current with automotive technology and participate in ongoing training
     

What are we looking for?
 

  • ASE certification or manufacturer training is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical or vocational training preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo and pass our background requirements
