Maintenance Technician

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform maintenance and repairs on large industrial ovens, conveyors, and pretzel production lines
• Execute preventive maintenance (PMs) on all plant equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on production systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations quickly
• Use CMMS to document work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Support continuous improvement by modifying or upgrading existing equipment
• Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, drill presses, mills, and grinders
• Fabricate and repair parts to support production equipment and minimize downtime

What You Will Need For This Job

• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment strongly preferred
• Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant setting
• Ability to operate and work with machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, drill press)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (conveyors, ovens, production equipment)
• Experience performing preventive maintenance (PMs)
• Basic electrical troubleshooting ability (reading schematics is a plus)
• Experience with welding or fabrication is a plus
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking
• Refrigeration experience is a plus
