Bankruptcy Paralegal Wanted

Our nationwide law firm is seeking an experienced bankruptcy paralegal with at least eight years of hands-on work in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 matters. This paralegal role requires deep knowledge of bankruptcy procedures, filings, and case management for complex restructuring cases.

We are looking for a bankruptcy professional who can independently draft petitions, schedules, SOFAs, monthly operating reports, and coordinate with trustees, creditors, and the court. The ideal paralegal will also support attorneys with adversary proceedings, and litigation experience is a plus. Because our firm handles a wide range of bankruptcy and other matters, the paralegal must be comfortable managing a high-volume docket while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
