Required Qualifications

• BA or BS in recreation, education, youth development, special ed or related field or experience
• Experience working with youth and adults in a season of camp or a semester as an educator.
• Strong organizational and inventory skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to lift and push 40lbs.
• Access to reliable transportation.
