Bi Analytics It Manager

TecHOUNDS is offering an excellent direct hire opportunity for an BI Analytics IT Manager with a growing global corporation based in Cerritos, CA. This role will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT sales and marketing, data, and business analytics, as well as B2B portal services. The IT Manager will manage a team of IT professionals and third-party consultants to ensure system functionality meets business needs and ensures seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead a team of IT professionals and third-party consultants, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

• IT Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, closing, and training-to-run.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT solutions accordingly.

• Solution Integration Design: Design and integrate IT solutions to meet both business and IT requirements.

• Service Roadmap: Define and align a service roadmap with business needs and IT foundation requirements.

• Project Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of IT projects and coach project managers to increase their competency.

• Service Operations & Continuous Improvement: Oversee service changes, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery within service level agreements. Manage performance of external vendors and service providers.

• Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation.

• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to IT policies, data security, and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• IT Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a people management role.

• IT Project Management: Hands-on experience with SCRUM and PMP methodologies.

• IT Service Management: ITIL foundation certification is mandatory (Advanced level preferred).

• Process Improvement: Familiarity with techniques such as Kaizen, Rapid Improvement Blitz, and Visual Management.

• CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems such as SugarCRM and Salesforce.

• Business Intelligence: Experience in BI Dashboard design and development using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlik.

• ERP & Data Warehouse: Experience with ERP systems, data warehouses, and EDI/API integrations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 DOE

• Benefits: Includes a 401K plan with a 3% match and other great benefits.
