Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Description:

ICAN is currently hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality services to neurodiverse youth in a collaborative, supportive, and resource-rich environment. The BCBA will manage a small caseload of approximately 8 to 10 clients while implementing neurodiversity-affirming and compassionate ABA practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform standard BCBA case management functions

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

• Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and track progress across goals

• Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards

• Deliver parent training and coordinate care with other clinicians, including SLPs, OTs, PTs, and psychologists

• Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and RBTs

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary roundtables

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• At least 1 year of direct experience with ABA and working with children on the autism spectrum

• Proven ability to implement ABA methods with neurodiverse children

• Successful completion of background screening
