Description:
ICAN is currently hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality services to neurodiverse youth in a collaborative, supportive, and resource-rich environment. The BCBA will manage a small caseload of approximately 8 to 10 clients while implementing neurodiversity-affirming and compassionate ABA practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform standard BCBA case management functions
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and track progress across goals
Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards
Deliver parent training and coordinate care with other clinicians, including SLPs, OTs, PTs, and psychologists
Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and RBTs
Engage in regular interdisciplinary roundtables
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
At least 1 year of direct experience with ABA and working with children on the autism spectrum
Proven ability to implement ABA methods with neurodiverse children
Successful completion of background screening
