As a BCBA, you will design and implement individualized ABA therapy programs, lead behavior technicians, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and contribute to ACES' mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually

  • Monthly Salary Equivalent: Approx. $6667 – $7917

  • Bonus Package: Up to $10,000 in sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses (based on location and company needs)

  • Uncapped Monthly Incentives: Additional earnings with no cap

  • Paid Time Off: Up to 23 days annually (includes vacation, holidays, and sick leave)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement tailored ABA programs for children with autism

  • Collaborate closely with families, clinicians, and technicians to ensure quality service

  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians delivering direct services

  • Evaluate client progress using advanced data collection software

  • Participate actively in cross-functional teams to uphold ACES’ standards of care


Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification required

  • Strong background in creating and executing ABA therapy plans

  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate entry-level staff

  • Must meet compliance requirements (criminal background check, TB test, immunizations)

  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
