What you’ll own
Authorizations (submissions/renewals/compliance)
End-to-end case transitions (Intake → Clinical → Scheduling) + POS data integrity
Scheduling coordination & coverage; cross-team liaison work
KPI tracking/reporting for leadership

What you bring
5+ years in ABA/behavioral health/healthcare operations
Payer/authorization experience + practice-management systems
Clear, solution-oriented communication and team leadership
