Bookkeeper

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing proposals, invoices, and financial records, supporting tax preparation, assisting with insurance audits, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This role requires a strong proficiency in QuickBooks and the ability to manage the unique financial needs of a construction business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage proposals and invoices

• Provide support with free consultations

• Prepare documents and financials for tax season, in coordination with the accountant

• Assist with insurance audits

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks

• Highly punctual and responsible

• Eager to grow within the company

Compensation:

• Starting salary of $33 to $40 per hour, depending on experience
