The company is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Full Time Branch Ambassador to join its Plainview, NY branch, with the flexibility to support other locations within the North Nassau area. This position offers a dynamic customer-facing environment ideal for those who thrive on meaningful conversations, community engagement, and empowering individuals to take control of their financial journeys.

As a Branch Ambassador, you'll deliver excellent customer experiences by assisting with daily banking transactions like deposits, check cashing, transfers, and withdrawals while also guiding customers through financial solutions using both Capital One’s digital tools and in-person expertise. You’ll reduce financial anxiety, promote Capital One’s products and services, and help customers access tailored financial guidance by connecting them with experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and empathy to address both personal and business banking needs

• Educate customers on digital banking tools (mobile, online, iPads, laptops)

• Perform cash handling operations while ensuring compliance with security policies

• Adapt to different branch needs, rotating roles and responsibilities as necessary

• Resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently with a customer-first attitude

• Promote branch and digital experiences that align with Capital One’s reimagined model

• Support teammates through collaboration and teamwork

• Travel between branches within the assigned market as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service

• Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree

• 2+ years of experience in retail, banking, or sales

Salary & Locations Covered:
The annual salary range for this role in multiple North Nassau, NY branches (including Plainview, Carle Place, East Meadow, Glen Cove, Great Neck, Hicksville, Levittown, Roslyn, Wantagh, Williston Park) is $51,542 to $54,600.
