We are seeking an experienced Senior Payments Transformation Lead to lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic US payments transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in US payments, financial services, money movement, and complex transformation programs, along with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate strategic US payments transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and shape operating models, strategic plans, transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare executive presentations, decision materials, and program updates for senior leadership.
• Coordinate internal teams, external financial partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage program dependencies, risks, issues, and key business decisions.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency, resilience, controls, and long-term operational sustainability.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders, specialist teams, financial partners, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

🔹 Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial services, banking, or related consulting.
• Significant experience in the US payments market.
• Deep expertise in:
FBO (For Benefit Of) structures
Money movement and payment flows
Funds safeguarding
Settlement and reconciliation
US payments regulations
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, commercial judgment, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly, effectively, and in a structured manner.
