Business Analyst

Description:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working closely with business owner groups to ensure proper role validation, role creation, and access requirements. You will also collaborate with the Sailpoint team to implement and optimize IAM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sailpoint Experience: Lead discussions on role validation, role creation, and access requirements with various business owner groups while collaborating with the Sailpoint team.

• IAM Operational Analyst: Support IAM operations and ensure effective management of user access across systems.

• Communication & Analytical Skills: Use strong communication and analytical skills to understand business needs, document requirements, and solve problems.

• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and find solutions within the IAM framework.

• Experience: Proven experience working with Sailpoint and IAM operations.

• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Education: Relevant experience in IAM and business analysis.
