Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Digital Banking initiatives focused on modernizing retail web and mobile banking experiences and decommissioning legacy applications.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
🔹 Develop process flows and functional documentation
🔹 Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders
🔹 Support defect management, testing, and release coordination
🔹 Assist with feature validation, deployment, and project deliverables

Required Skills:
✅ Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management
✅ Experience with testing, defect management, and release coordination
✅ Basic understanding of APIs, batch processing, and databases
✅ Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Office, and Figma
