Business Central Applications Manager

Dynamics 365, BC, Business Central, CRM, CE, Applications Manager, Techno-Functional, SQL, EDI, Azure - $140k-$160k +

We are looking for a senior hands-on Applications Manager to own and support its core enterprise application platforms including:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)

• Shopify eCommerce

• SQL / Azure-hosted integrations

This is a key business-facing role focused on application ownership, operational improvement, integrations and stakeholder engagement across sales, finance, operations and customer service.

Key experience sought:

✅ Dynamics 365 BC and/or CE

✅ Shopify integrations

✅ SQL experience

✅ ERP / CRM business process understanding

✅ Order-to-cash, inventory & finance workflows

✅ Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

This is NOT a purely supervisory role — we are looking for someone hands-on who enjoys solving real business and systems challenges.

Nice-to-have experience:

• EDI integrations

• Azure / cloud integrations

• Distribution or supply-chain environments

• Shipping, tax & payment platform integrations
