• Ability to identify high value targets and grow your own pipeline

• Be a proactive connector who drives business

• Be a professional communicator both verbally and written

• Understand the importance of documenting sales activity in the management system

• Self-disciplined and motivated

• Easily adapts to and learns new skills including technology

• Ability to pivot and get your hands dirty in the field when your customer's policyholder suffers property damage

• Insurance industry experience or knowledge is highly desirable
